Acceptance

NotiBrick is operated by Fifteenpeas IT S.à r.l., a company incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number B173430 (“we”, “us”). By creating a NotiBrick account, installing the desktop watcher, connecting a device, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

NotiBrick is a small on-air sign for your desk and the companion software that drives it: a web dashboard, desktop watchers, a Home Assistant card, and a browser extension. The service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens safe. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Let us know promptly if you suspect your account or a token has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use NotiBrick for what it’s built for. Don’t use it to:

• break the law or violate anyone else’s rights;
• probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or repackage the service without a written agreement;
• send spam, harassment, or unlawful content through it.

Data and privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy page. NotiBrick complies with European data protection legislation, and most of our partners are European companies.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country.

Termination

You can stop using NotiBrick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
